All billing agencies promise reimbursement increases, why are you better?
Increasing reimbursement is dependent on your current collection rate. If your time in AR ratio is high we can significantly increase it quickly. We view billing from the time the patient makes the appointment to the time the check is in the bank. Follow-up, feedback and working with the doctors makes a big difference and our staff is well trained to handle all major carriers like Government insurance, Commercial insurance, No fault insurance and Workers Compensation.
How do you ensure that I will fill as much reimbursement as possible for rendered services?
Medbillings standard billing protocol includes eligibility verification and pre-certification (if needed) for all archives. We also perform a random audit on all our transactions, ensuring better reimbursement and reducing denials.
How can I be sure all claims are being handled properly?
We offer live access to your database via a secure Internet connection, so you can see the progress of the work as if it were done in your own practice. We also provide you with monthly status reports.
Will I have total control over my cash?
All payments go directly to the doctor’s office and checks are deposited by the doctor. EOBs are sent to us for processing and posting.
